Hi, I'm Francesca!
I am the creative mind behind Flair Balloon Decor. As a full-time group fitness trainer, my days are filled with energy, motivation, and community, but I’ve always had a creative side that needed an outlet. I originally studied graphic design and spent years working in that industry before making a major career shift into fitness. While I love coaching and helping people reach their goals, I missed the hands-on creativity that design brought into my life.
That’s why I started Flair Balloon Decor…to combine my love for design with my passion for bringing joy to others. There’s nothing better than seeing a space transform with bold colors, unique shapes, and fun, personalized decor. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, corporate event, or special celebration, I love working with people to bring their vision to life and make their events unforgettable.
